Blank Slate Kitchen’s Sichuan Chili Oil is infused with a dozen spices and aromatics, two types of ground chilis and freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns for layers of flavor and complexity, not just heat. Sichuan peppercorns provide a tingly numbness on the tongue that mitigates the hot chilis. The medium heat level means this sauce can be used generously. Made locally in small batches from non-GMO ingredients, without sugar, MSG or preservatives.
