Noblette is an award-winning Brie-style cheese from Calkins Creamery, a six-generation family farm in Honesdale, PA. Made in small wheels from the milk of Holstein cows, the cheese is aged in the micro-climate of Calkins' special cellar. It has buttery, earthy and mushroomy notes, with a tangy, creamy finish.
Noblette can be wrapped in phyllo dough and baked until soft and spoonable. It pairs well with dry ciders, wheat beers and sparkling wine.
