Marjoram is a wonderfully aromatic herb with notes of citrus and pine. It's widely used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. Ours is grown at WillowWisp, an organic farm in Damascus, PA. Wrap in a paper towel and keep refrigerated.
Marjoram goes especially well with meat and robust vegetables like beans, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. You can also add it to your bouquet garni. And it's a must on a fresh tomato salad or a warm, olive-oil-slicked flatbread.
