Maple Syrup - 9.5 ounces
9.5 ounces
Catskill Provisions, beekeepers and distillers in Long Eddy, NY, gently heats their Grade A maple syrup (180-200ºF) and filters it twice through through natural paper. This boosts clarity and guarantees a smooth, velvety texture. It takes about 40 gallons of maple sap to make one gallon of syrup, through a long process of boiling.
This sweet elixir is as delicious stirred into a bourbon cocktail as it is used for a glaze on roasted Brussels sprouts.
