Kriemhild Dairy Farms Cultured Butter is made with 100% grass fed cream sourced from family farms in Upstate New York. The cream is cultured in small batches before being slowly churned to achieve an 84% butterfat. The European-style result is nutty, naturally sweet and slightly tangy. Cultured butter has a higher acidity and lends itself well to baking as it creates tender doughs.
If frozen, this butter is best used a year from its use-by date and within four weeks once it's moved to the refrigerator.
