Briar Summit from Nettle Meadow is a creamy pyramid produced from a combination of goat's milk, cow's milk, sheep's milk and cow's cream, infused with raspberry leaf tea and finished with a bloomy rind. It was First Place Winner at the 2017 U.S. Cheese Championships for mixed-milk bloomy rind cheeses, Second Place Winner at the 2018 American Cheese Society and Third Place Winner at the 2018 World Cheese Championship.
