Our Seville Orange Marmlade is not for the faint of heart - seville oranges are strong with a complex and slightly bitter flavor . This is Josephine's Feast strongest Marmalade made in the tradition of a true Scottish Marmalade. They hand cut a thicker rind and allow the marmalade to rest for several days to bring out a true Seville Orange flavor.

Sumptuous diluted with rum and drizzled over desert or as a condiment with a sharp cheese.
